I’m an operations, customer experience, and financial administration professional with experience across transportation operations, banking, leadership support, and organizational financial management. In addition to leading customer-focused operations in fast-paced transportation environments, I currently serve as Financial Secretary Treasurer for my railroad union, where I manage financial responsibilities, reporting, recordkeeping, and organizational coordination with professionalism and attention to detail.

My background has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, manage complex situations, stay organized under pressure, and support both teams and leadership in high-volume environments. I am experienced with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
